Beneclips operates and maintains the marketplace and provides the services necessary to facilitate video listings, purchases, payment processing, and delivery of purchased videos.

As the Platform operator, we are responsible for handling personal information collected through your use of the Platform in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to operate the Platform, manage user accounts, facilitate transactions, and provide our services.

The information we may collect includes:

• Google account information, such as your name and email address, when you register or sign in using Google.

B. Creator Information and Uploaded Content

For users who register as Creators, we may collect:

• Videos and other media uploaded for sale.
• Video titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and categories.
• Pricing information and bundle details.
• Creator profile information.
• Other information related to video listings and sales.

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and sell their videos.

C. Buyer and Transaction Information

When you purchase videos through Beneclips, we may collect and maintain:

• Purchase history and transaction records.
• Purchased video details.
• Transaction reference numbers and payment status.
• Purchase dates and related order information.

D. Payment Information

Payments are processed through PayMongo or other supported third-party payment providers.

Beneclips does not store your complete credit card or banking details. Payment credentials and sensitive payment information are handled by the respective payment provider in accordance with its privacy and security practices.

We may receive payment confirmations, transaction references, payment status, and other information necessary to manage purchases and maintain transaction records.

E. Communications and Support Information

We collect messages, inquiries, reports, and other communications you send through the messaging chatbox available on the Platform.

This information helps us respond to questions, resolve transaction issues, investigate reports, and provide customer support.

F. Automatically Collected Information

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including:

• Creators may receive relevant purchase and transaction information relating to their listed videos.
• Buyers receive access to the videos they successfully purchase.

Only information necessary for the relevant marketplace activity will be shared.

We may share information with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Platform, including:

• PayMongo for payment processing.
• Google for account authentication and sign-in services.
• Website hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.
• Video storage and delivery service providers.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to deliver their services.

7. Data Retention and Video Storage

Beneclips retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide its services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements.

A. Account Information

Account information may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

B. Creator Videos and Listings

Videos uploaded by Creators may remain stored on the Platform while their listings are active or as otherwise necessary to operate the marketplace.

Creators may manage their listings subject to the Platform’s policies and applicable obligations.

C. Purchased Videos and Download Period

Purchased videos are made available to Buyers for download for seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased videos within this period.

After the seven-day download period, the video files made available for purchase may be automatically removed from the Platform’s storage system.

The removal of downloadable video files does not automatically remove related purchase records, transaction information, or other information that Beneclips is required or permitted to retain.

D. Transaction Records

Purchase histories, payment confirmations, transaction references, and related records may be retained for accounting, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

8. Data Security

Beneclips takes reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

These measures may include:

• Access controls and account authentication.
• Secure data transmission where supported.
• Restricted access to stored information.
• Security monitoring and maintenance.
• Appropriate safeguards provided by our hosting and payment service providers.

Content involving minors in prohibited, exploitative, or inappropriate circumstances is strictly prohibited on the Platform.

Users who become aware of prohibited content or suspected violations involving minors should report them immediately through the Platform’s messaging chatbox.
